Transparent and Timely Documentation

Every so often you will receive an itemised summary detailing all sales so you can update your own system. Upon receipt of this report you always have the ability to discuss any items with us if you so desire.

Invoicing

Depending on your wishes we can sell your articles either on our own or in your name with you as the drop-shipper with the appropriate invoice for either option. In each case your liquidity is guaranteed due to our monthly settlement of accounts.

Refunds

Articles sold by BLUE MOUNTAINS are invoiced before the 10th of each month, insofar as the 14 day return period has expired. If the return period has not expired, we include that sale in the invoice for the following month. In each monthly settlement we also reimburse the pro-rated, flat fee shipping costs per order or shipment. Shipping costs for partial deliveries can only be reimbursed once per order.

Manufacturers/Suppliers and Privacy Protection

Privacy protection of our clients is taken very seriously by BLUE MOUNTAINS. We stand by our confidentiality agreement and operate in strict compliance with all legal provisions with regard to the internal collection, use, and processing of any and all information provided to us by our clients.

Everything Under Control

How important is security to you? Trust is the basis of every business relationship and is dependent on the reliability of both partners. Trust is good, but control is better, which is why we give all contract partners the ability to submit a request at any time and subsequently view the current level of all sales, transactions, revenue and processing information, in addition to their usual monthly reports. This request will always be honoured within 24 hours. In this way, we combine the advantages of sales outsourcing with the transparency of in-house solutions.

Customers and Privacy Protection

All customer and order information transferred to contract partners is the sole property of BLUE MOUNTAINS and is subject to the provisions of all applicable privacy laws. The further transfer and use of this data is expressly prohibited (with the exception of using this data for shipping purposes). Using this information in any way not expressly permitted will result in a contractual penalty, regardless how this breach occurred.

All of our web shops are protected by SSL protocols. Before customer information is transferred to us, it is encrypted using SSL. SSL technology protects transfers of information over the internet from being intercepted by unauthorized third parties. Confidential customer information from forms (credit card numbers, bank transfer codes, account numbers, etc.) can be transferred to an internet address securely. In addition, SSL continually monitors the connection for possible external breaches and ensures the information arrives complete and intact.
