Online Sales
The basis for our mutual success via business process outsourcing is the smooth transfer of your article inventory data between out merchandise systems.
Even with all the planning and foresight you will still have Top-Seller and Non-Mover articles. By regularly revising your range of products we can keep your inventory in the shop merchandise system within economical limits.
In the scope of our online sales, we offer your regular seasonal articles and NOS articles exclusively on our web shop 4SALE-FASHION. The basis for sale prices in our web shop are the recommended retail prices from the manufacturer or supplier while taking the discounts customary for online sales into account. The pricing of articles for sale in the shop is always subject to change.
In order to protect the image of design and lifestyle brands, we sell overcapacities, leftover stock, and end-of-season products exclusively over our BUYDAILY live shopping portal. The prices for these articles (Deal of the Day) with respect to the discount are set in agreement with our clients; otherwise the prices are subject to change.
Selective Marketing System
In our selective BPO marketing system, we have everything needed to cover a variety of name brand manufacturers. The selection criterion of the brand manufacturers (so-called vertical marketing agreement) does not categorically restrict the sale of your products over the internet and does not reduce the sales channels for your customers. This type of product does warrant selective marketing, due to the rather high value of these name brand products that are marketed with significant advertising expenditures. For this reason, often only one specific sales channel is forbidden (so-called cannibalisation of sales channels), namely offering these products on auction platforms such as eBay etc.
Shipping Conditions
Purchased articles must be shipped in neutral packaging between 3 and 5 days after the order is received directly from the manufacturer's/supplier's warehouse. The shipping costs are paid by
the customer in the form of a flat fee. Shipping and handling is free for orders totalling 100 Euro or more.
Manufacturers/suppliers will continually receive all pertinent order information and documents (order, delivery slip with delivery address) online. All sales will be paid for in advance via our web shops 4SALE-FASHION and BUYDAILY using the integrated payment system.
The articles are purchased from the manufacturers/suppliers by us in our own name and on our account. Invoicing of customer orders is always carried out before the 10th of each month. The basis for this invoice is the current retail purchase price of the manufacturer/supplier. In addition to this invoice amount we also reimburse a previously agreed upon flat fee for shipping and handling.
Commission
BLUE MOUNTAINS receives an industry standard of about 10% commission on the basis of all invoiced revenue minus returned merchandise in accordance with the Central Association of German business associations for commercial brokerage and distribution e.V. (CDH). The CDH is a member of the International Union of trade representatives and trade agents (IUCAB), Amsterdam.
Miscellaneous
Manufacturers/suppliers must provide us with all required article descriptions including information regarding the number of items, quality, sizes, and colours available, as well as the corresponding image files in GIF or JPG format, free of charge. We reserve the right to decide which articles and pictures we include in our web shops.
